Had really great stay in this nice hotel, the staff were amiable, location was stunning close to the beach. The booked room was tidy and extremely spacious in good condition. A work desk, tea and coffee making equipment, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels were useful. Location: the property was close to the shops...

The location offered was comfortable near the market, central plaza, and the center. Stayed in neat standard twin room in good condition. All the staff were outstandingly accommodating, pleasant.

The breakfast buffet at Hotel Cavalli was a delightful surprise. It was like walking into a candy store, with an array of delicious treats to choose from. The pastries were so fresh and flaky, they melted in my mouth like buttery clouds. I couldn't resist going back for seconds and thirds!

Mosquitoes were a nuisance.

The location was absolutely mind-blowing, super close to where we needed to be. The staff were jaw-droppingly friendly and helpful. The plentiful and tasty breakfast left us wanting more. The comfort and cleanliness of the well-equipped rooms were top-notch. Bonus points for the market in the square opposite on Monday morning, and the convenience of the coastal tram just a stone's throw away. The facilities, including the Wi-Fi, luggage storage, bar/lounge area, and flat-screen TV, were all up to par. The lift was an added convenience, and it was refreshing to find that the hotel had non-smoking rooms and did not allow pets. The daily housekeeping was a pleasant surprise, ensuring a clean and comfortable stay.

Some of the room facilities like the safes were broken, and the beds were low for some guests to easily get out of.

Our room was too hot, and with no fan provided, we had to open the window. This allowed mosquitoes in, and we were badly bitten.
